SV119 One-Component Firestop Silicone Sealant for Fire-Rated Penetrations & Joints
SV119 is a one-component, neutral-curing firestop silicone sealant for sealing penetrations and construction joints in fire-rated walls and floors. It is 100% silicone with 550% elongation at break, 1.0 MPa tensile strength and 22–28 Shore A hardness, cures at 3 mm per 24 hours, and is supplied in 300 ml cartridges, 24 per carton.
Formulated to close openings around cables, conduits and metal pipes, and to seal perimeter and construction joints in curtain walls, concrete and gypsum partitions, SV119 cures into a permanently elastic seal that restricts the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases while also providing a water and air barrier. It is non-sagging, paintable, low in gas transmission and suitable for both interior and exterior use. Available in black and white as standard, with custom colors and OEM labelling on request.

SV119-SL Gun Grade/Self Leveling Firestop Silicone Sealant
SV119-SL Silicone Sealant is a high performance silicone Gun Grade/Self Leveling firestop sealant tested to resist the passage of smoke, flame and water through construction joints and through-penetrations. SV119 Sealant cures to form a flexible seal and carries a Class 1 W Rating for water resistance (Per ANSI/UL1479).
