SV312 Polyurethane Sealant for Windshield & Glass Bonding–2 Hour Drive-Away
SV312 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive sealant for bonding automotive windshields and side glass. It cures to 61 Shore A with 4.0 MPa tensile strength and ≥350% elongation, extrudes at 80 g/min, and allows a safe drive-away time of two hours on airbag-equipped vehicles. It is supplied in 300 ml cartridges and 600 ml sausages.
Formulated for the automotive aftermarket and glass-replacement trade, SV312 reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a tough, permanently elastic bond between glass and painted body flanges. It is non-sagging, non-corrosive to paint and antenna grids, requires no primer on glass, and delivers consistent gunability from 5 °C to 35 °C. Available in black as standard, with white, transparent and custom colors on request, and with full OEM private-label support.
