A typical passenger-car windshield takes 4.5–5 m of triangular bead at 8 mm base and 8 mm height. Allowing 10% for waste, one 600 ml sausage covers two vehicles and one 300 ml cartridge covers one — the practical basis for per-vehicle cost comparison against competing grades.
Cartridges and sausages are packed in printed or neutral cartons with lot number and production date on every unit. Pallet configuration and container loading quantities are quoted per order.

What is the safe drive-away time of SV312?
Two hours on airbag-equipped vehicles, measured at 23 °C / 50% RH with a 6 mm bead on a primed flange. Cold or humid conditions, thin beads and repainted flanges extend the time.
Does SV312 need a primer?
No primer on clean glass. P303 primer is required on painted body flanges and on repainted surfaces. This combination gives the most reliable bond with the fewest process steps.
What is the MOQ?
1,000 pcs, equivalent to 50 cartons. Cartridges and sausages can be mixed within the same order and the same container.
How long is the lead time?
7–10 working days for stock black up to 50 cartons, 15–20 working days for a 20GP. Custom colors and private label add 10–15 working days for artwork and approval samples.
How many vehicles will one carton do?
One 600 ml sausage covers about 9.4 m of 8 × 8 mm bead, or roughly two windshields; a 300 ml cartridge covers about 4.7 m, or one windshield. A carton of 20 sausages covers approximately 40 vehicles.
Will it damage the heated rear-window grid or the antenna?
SV312 is formulated without corrosive curing agents and is safe on painted flanges, heated grids and antenna circuits. Confirm compatibility testing with our technical department for specific vehicle platforms.
Can you supply TDS, MSDS, COA and third-party reports?
Yes — TDS and MSDS on request, COA with every batch, and SGS or Intertek test reports where the buyer or the destination market requires them. Certificates can be issued in the buyer's name where applicable.
What is the shelf life, and what shelf life will I receive?
9 months from production date when unopened and stored below 25 °C. We ship with at least 6 months remaining and print the batch code and production date on every unit.
Do you offer private label and custom colors?
Yes, from 1,000 pcs: your label and carton artwork, black, white, transparent or matched colors, and pack configurations to suit your market. Artwork proof and approval sample are provided before mass production.
Can SV312 be used below 5 °C?
No. The minimum application temperature is 5 °C for both substrate and ambient air. For winter work, condition the cartridges in a warm area before use and keep the vehicle in a heated bay until the SDAT has elapsed.
