SV-666 neutral silicone sealant is a one-part,non-slump, moisture-curing that cures to form a tough, low modulus rubber with long-term flexibility and durability. It is specially designed for windows and doors caulking sealing general plastic doors and windows. It has good adhesion to glass and aluminum alloy, and has no corrosion.
COLOURS
SV666 neutral silicone adhesive is available in black, gray, white and other customized colours.
PACKAGING
300ml in cartridge * 24 per box, 590ml in sausage *20 per box.
CURE TIME
As exposed to air, GP neutral silicone sealant begins to cure inward from surface. Its tack free time is about 50 minutes; the full and optimal adhesion depends on the sealant depth.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
GP neutral silicone sealant should be stored at or below 27℃ in original unopened containers. It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
HOW TO USE
Surface Preparation
Clean all joints removing all foreign matter and contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, water, frost, old sealants, surface dirt, or glazing compounds and protective coatings.
Application Method
Mask areas adjacent to joints to ensure neat sealant lines. Apply GP neutral silicone sealant in a continuous operation using dispensing guns. Before a skin forms, tool the sealant with light pressure to spread the sealant against the joint surfaces. Remove masking tape as soon as the bead is tooled.

Siway 666 universal neutral silicone sealant is not applicable to structural assembly. In the following situations are not easy to use:
- All ooze a grease solvent, plasticizer, or materials, some unvulcanized or part of the vulcanized rubber and adhesive tape, etc.;
- Dense airless parts (silicone sealant should be in the air moisture curing);
- Submerged for a long time, at the age of underground moist environment;
- Paint surface, may should paint film cracking or spalling caused by seal failure;
- Frosty or wet surface;
- The surface of the will direct contact with food;
- Easily by mechanical wear and tear.
