Short Description:

SV400 is a two-component injectable epoxy anchoring adhesive for threaded rods and rebar in cracked and uncracked concrete. It is thixotropic, shrinkage-free, suitable for damp concrete, and cures to 95 N/mm² compressive strength with a service temperature of -40 °C to +50 °C. Supplied in 400 ml and 600 ml cartridges, 20 per carton.

SV400 is formulated for structural post-installed connections: anchoring threaded rods and rebar into walls, slabs, columns and foundations, connecting structural steel, and strengthening concrete members in renovation and retrofit work. The epoxy system is solvent-free, low in emissions, and cures without shrinkage, so the bond develops full contact with the drilled hole wall even in damp concrete. Because it is injectable and thixotropic, it fills the hole from the bottom up without voids and does not run out of overhead or horizontal holes.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
