SV313 20KG Expansion Joint Self Leveling Polyurethane Sealant for Concrete Joints
SV313 is a one-component, moisture-curing, self-leveling polyurethane sealant engineered for horizontal expansion joints in rigid pavements — airport runways and aprons, concrete highways, bridges, warehouse floors and industrial traffic areas. It flows into the joint under its own weight and cures into a low-modulus elastomer with ≥800% elongation at break and Shore A hardness ≥15, allowing it to absorb cyclic thermal movement without tearing, cracking or debonding. Service range is -40 °C to +80 °C; no primer is required on clean, dry concrete, and no tooling is needed after pouring. Additionally, SV313 exhibits excellent resistance to UV radiation, moisture, and chemical exposure, ensuring longevity and reliability in demanding environments.Available in 20 kg drums, 600 ml sausages and 300 ml cartridges, with grey, black and white as standard colors.
