Silicone Waterproof Coating also called organic silicon based waterproof coating in white reflective color but there are many colors for option. It is a water-based environmentally friendly single part waterproof coating made of silicone rubber latex and its nano composite emulsion as the main base material, mixed with inorganic fillers and various additives. Mostly in white reflective color and it can be used for exposure works with direct sun light with superior anti UV performance for the protection of roofing. Once applied the life span can be more than 20 years with proper application. It can be easily brush or roller application or use any spray applications for large scale metal roofing works.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Store in the original sealed packaging at temperatures of between 0℃ and 30℃, this product is sensitive to frost and must be kept in tightly closed packaging. The shelf life is about 12 months when stored in a cool and dry place.
